6'-GNTI dihydrochloride is a ?-opioid receptor (KOR) agonist that favors activation of G-protein-mediated signaling over recruitment of ?-aspirin 2. 6'-GNTI dihydrochloride only activates the Akt pathway in striatal neurons.
