Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched on the same day as orders received and are shipped via either FedEx or UPS standard service or the customer's chosen carrier.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Our Standard Domestic ($49.95) and International ($145.95) S&H fees will be added to the total cost of the purchase.
Customer who has chosen their shipping carrier will be waived for the shipping cost but must supply their shipping Carrier's Name and Account Number to ship their package out.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, the shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
