Hemorphin-7 acetate is a hemorphin peptide, an endogenous opioid peptide derived from the ?-chain of hemoglobin. Hemorphin peptides exhibits antinociceptive and antihypertensive activities, activating opioid receptors and inhibiting angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE).
