Overview
Novel inhibitor of the Wnt/ß-catenin pathway, binding directly to the regulators of G-protein signaling domain of axin, initiating ß-catenin and Ras degradation through enhancement of the ß-catenin destruction complex activating GSK3ß, effectively suppressing the growth of CRCs harboring APC and KRAS mutations
