Overview
Disulfiram (TETD) is an inhibitor of the acetaldehyde dehydrogenase ALDH, inhibiting hALDH1 and hALDH2 (IC50=0.151.45 ?M) with specificity. Disulfiram is acutely sensitized to alcohol and also inhibits GSDMD pore formation.
