Overview
(Z)-PUGNAc, a potent O-GlcNAcase inhibitor more active than (E)-PUGNAc, removes O-GlcNAc from proteins (peptide O-GlcNAc-?-N-acetylaminoglucosidase) and can be used to increase levels of O-GlcNAc on nuclear and cytoplasmic proteins in vivo.
