FT671 (S-isomer) is a novel potent and selective inhibitor of ubiquitin-specific protease 7 (USP7), destabilizing USP7 substrates including MDM2, increasing levels of p53, and resulting in the transcription of p53 target genes, inducing the tumour suppressor p21, and inhibiting tumour growth.
