Pseudocoptisine chloride (Isocoptisine chloride) is isolated from Corydalis Tuber with anti-inflammatory and anti-amnestic properties. Pseudocoptisine chloride inhibits acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity (IC50 = 12.8 ?M).
