Humanized Mice and PDX Platform

One of the biggest challenges in drug discovery is direct drug treatment to the correct population of patients. A large cohort of Patient-Derived Xenograft (PDX), that can reflect and represent a diversity of the patient population, are useful on patient stratification and clinical candidate selection before entering clinical trials. Humanized mouse clinical trial is a highly cost-effective solution to help guide decision making for clinical development.
