1. Definition of Aobious
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “Aobious” refers to AOBIOUS INC, located at 9 Blackburn Drive, Gloucester, MA 01930, USA. These terms apply to all products and services offered or distributed by Aobious on behalf of its vendor partners.

2. Intellectual Property
All content published on the Aobious website is the exclusive property of AOBIOUS INC. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

3. Product Use & Compliance
All Aobious products are synthesized under non-cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) conditions and are intended strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption. The chemical, physical, and toxicological properties of these compounds have not been fully characterized, and no guarantees are provided regarding their performance or safety. These materials must be handled only by qualified professionals affiliated with a recognized research institution or working under appropriate supervision. 1. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
AOBIOUS stands behind every product we sell—whether purchased directly from us or through our authorized distributors. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Return Authorization Required
Please contact AOBIOUS Customer Support prior to shipping any item back in order to obtain a Return Authorization and proper return instructions.

3. Shipping Fee Policy

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping costs in full.

  • Unwanted products or ordering errors: Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.

4. Conditions for Return or Replacement
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, unless they arrived damaged or were shipped in error. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the returned goods have been inspected and approved.

5. Scope of Coverage
