WCK-5153 is an enhancer of ?-Lactamase and an inhibitor of PBP2 with antimicrobial activities against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. WCK-5153 can be used in studies about the treatment of serious infections caused by highly drug-resistant Gram-negative pathogens.
