Bulevirtide (Myrcludex B) acetate is a virion entry inhibitor which blocks the virion's hepatocyte pathway of entry, the hepatic sodiumtaurocholate cotransporting polypeptide (NTCP) receptor. Bulevirtide (Myrcludex B) acetate can be used in HBV and HDV infection studies.
