Aumitin, a diaminopyrimidine-based autophagy inhibitor, dose-dependently inhibits starvation- and rapamycin-induced autophagy with IC50s of 0.12 ?M and 0.24 ?M, respectively [1], and also inhibits mitochondrial respiration by targeting complex I.
