Equilin (7-Dehydroestrone) is a neurotrophic estrogenic steroid with vasodilatory activity that increases monocyte-endothelial adhesion through NF-?B signalling.Equilin similarly relaxes mesenteric arterial resistance by blocking Ca(2+) entry into smooth muscle.
