Gallopamil (Methoxyverapamil) inhibits acid secretion in a concentration-dependent manner with an IC50 of 10.9 ?M. Gallopamil is a potent antiarrhythmic and vasodilator agent. Gallopamil (Methoxyverapamil), a methoxy derivative of Verapamil, is a phenylalkylamine calcium antagonist.
