The human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) culture system is a complete medium protocol for the in vitro culture of a trophoblast-free human pluripotent stem cell (iPSC). The system is a sterile liquid mixing system with a clear chemical composition and no animal protein components. The system is a liquid culture system formulated according to a fixed formula, which can provide a suitable balanced nutrient environment for human iPSCs cultured in vitro, and can selectively promote the growth of undifferentiated cells, while the differentiated cells can no longer be used. Growth in the culture system; thereby selectively amplifying only undifferentiated human iPSCs.

What you need to do before using the product
Before preparing a complete culture system in which the working concentration is mixed, it is necessary to melt the human iPSC culture additive at a temperature of 4 °C. Before adding the human iPSC culture additive to the human iPSC basal medium, confirm that the contents of the tube have completely melted and centrifuge the additive before mixing. The surface of each container was sterilized by rubbing 75% ethanol solution before moving the components in the culture system into the 100-level clean grade operating area. Be careful when opening the container cap in the aseptic operating area. Do not let your fingers touch the bottle or cap. The inner side was mixed in a sterile environment with a ratio of 0.7 ml of human iPSC culture additive added to 50 ml of human iPSC basal medium, and the complete culture after mixing was used for the culture of the corresponding human iPSC. Since some of the components in the complete medium are photosensitive substances, it is necessary to avoid excessive exposure of the complete medium to a light environment. If the prepared complete culture system needs to be rewarmed, it is recommended to rewarming at room temperature. Please do not frequently change the temperature of the prepared complete medium between 4 °C and 37 °C frequently, which will cause partial growth factor failure in the system. The prepared complete culture system can be stably stored at 4 ° C for 2 weeks in the dark.
