Product Description
The primary neuronal cell culture system is an ideal serum-free complete medium protocol designed for neuronal cells of mammals such as human, rat, mouse, and rabbit grown in vitro. This system is a bicarbonate-based buffer system that maintains an acid-base buffer system around pH 7.2 in a 5% CO2 atmosphere. The system is a sterile liquid mixing system containing essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, hormones, trace elements, growth factors such as B27 and some other organic and inorganic compounds. The culture system is a liquid culture system based on a fixed formula, which can provide a suitable balanced nutrient environment for neuronal cells of human, rat, mouse, rabbit and other mammals cultured in vitro, and can selectively maintain nerves.
