Product Description

The iCell primary keratinocyte culture system is an ideal serum-free complete medium protocol designed for keratinocytes, squamous epithelial cells and transitional epithelial cells of human, rat, mouse, rabbit and other mammals grown in vitro. This system is a bicarbonate-based buffer system that maintains an acid-base buffer system around pH 7.2 in a 5% CO2 atmosphere. The system is a sterile liquid mixing system containing essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, hormones, growth factors, trace elements and some other organic and inorganic compounds. The culture system is a liquid culture system based on a fixed formula, which can provide a suitable balanced nutrient environment for keratinocytes, squamous epithelial cells and transitional epithelial cells of human, rat, mouse, rabbit and other mammals cultured in vitro. And can selectively promote the proliferation of keratinocytes, squamous cells and transitional epithelial cells.
