Product Description
Primary mesenchymal stem cell culture system is designed for mesenchymal stem cells, dental pulp stem cells and periodontal ligament stem cells of bone marrow, fat, placenta and other parts of human, rat, mouse and rabbit mammals grown in vitro. Ideal complete medium protocol. This system is a bicarbonate-based buffer system that maintains an acid-base buffer system around pH 7.2 in a 5% CO2 atmosphere. The system is a sterile liquid mixing system containing essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, hormones, growth factors, trace elements and some other organic and inorganic compounds as well as fetal bovine serum (10%). The culture system is a liquid culture system based on a fixed formula, which can be used for bone marrow, fat, placenta and other mesenchymal stem cells, dental pulp stem cells and periodontal ligament in human, rat, mouse, rabbit and other mammals cultured in vitro. Stem cells provide a suitable balanced nutrient environment, and can selectively promote the expansion of mesenchymal stem cells, dental pulp stem cells, and periodontal ligament stem cells in bone marrow, fat, placenta, and the like.
