Product Description

The primary endometrial cell culture system is an ideal complete medium protocol designed for intimal cells in mammalian organs such as human, rat, mouse, and rabbit grown in vitro. This system is a bicarbonate-based buffer system that maintains an acid-base buffer system around pH 7.2 in a 5% CO2 atmosphere. The system is a sterile liquid mixing system containing essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, hormones, growth factors, trace elements and some other organic and inorganic compounds as well as fetal bovine serum (10%). The culture system is a liquid culture system based on a fixed formula, which can provide a suitable balanced nutrient environment for endometrial cells in mammalian organs such as human, rat, mouse, rabbit, etc., and can be selectively selected. Promotes expansion of endometrial cells.
