Phorbol 12,13-dibutyrate (Phorbol dibutyrate) is a PKC activator that inhibits ?1-adrenoceptor-mediated positive inotropic effects in a concentration-dependent manner, induced by contraction of isolated rabbit vascular smooth muscle.
