SU16f (3-substituted indolin-2-one 16f) is a potent and selective PDGFR? inhibitor (IC50s: 10 nM, 140 nM, 2.29 ?M for PDGFR?, PDGFR1, PDGFR2, respectively). Neutralization of PDGFR? receptor by SU16f blocks the promoting role of GC-MSCs conditioned medium in gastric cancer cell proliferation and migration.
