Angoline (6-Methoxyldihydrochelerythrine) hydrochloride is a potent and selective IL6STAT3 signaling pathway inhibitor(IC50 : 11.56 ?M). It inhibits STAT3 phosphorylation and its target gene expression, and inhibits cancer cell proliferation.
