Mesaconine is an ingredient from Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.. Mesaconine has a cardiac effect and anti-NF-?B activity. Mesaconine may be part of the material basis of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction on anti-inflammation and immune suppression.
