AZD8329 is a selective and potent 11?-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 (11?-HSD1) inhibitor that inhibits 11?-HSD2, 17?-HSD1, 17?-HSD3, and can be used for the study of allergic reactions in humans.
