Synucleozid hydrochloride inhibits the translation of the intrinsically disordered protein ?-synuclein by targeting its structured mRNA. Synucleozid hydrochloride targets the IRE structure and inhibits SNCA translation in cells, and can be used to study Alzheimer's disease.
