Tenovin-6 Hydrochloride is an SIRT1, SIRT2 and HDAC8 inhibitor(IC50s of 21 ?M, 10 ?M, and 67 ?M for SirT1, SirT2, and SirT3, respectively), and is also a potent p53 activator .
