Alert: If you want to make a solution with a solvent (such DMSO), please add instructions in the notes section (such as 10 nM/1 mL in DMSO) and we will pack and deliver the product as a solution (such as 10 nM solution in 1 mL DMSO). If the product cannot be dissolved in DMSO or you would like to specify your own preferred solvent, please add detailed instructions in the notes section. All solutions must be shipped with an ice bag, costing an additional fee of $20 for S&H.

Cell Details
The fallopian tube is located in the pelvic cavity of the human body. There are two general people, and the left and right fallopian tubes are located on the side of the uterus. They extend outward from the lateral horn of the uterus, parallel to the uterus end of the ovary, then along the ovarian mesangial edge to the oviduct end of the ovary, and arched over the ovary, then down, inward, and terminate On the free edge of the ovary and the upper part of its inner side.
The epithelium of the mucosal layer is composed of a single layer of high columnar cells, which can be divided into four different types: ciliated cells, secretory cells, wedge cells, and undifferentiated cells.
The fallopian tube is an important place for egg transport, storage, and capacitation, as well as oocyte adoption, transport, maturation, fertilization, and early embryo development. In vitro culture of oviduct epithelial cells can be used for feeder cells and co-culture with embryos to overcome the developmental arrest of embryos. Therefore, in vitro culture of oviduct epithelial cells can not only further understand the factors affecting the changes of reproductive microenvironment, but also establish a system of co-culture of oviductal epithelial cells and embryos to study the effects of oviductal epithelial cells on the development of embryos in vitro.
Cell Characteristics
1) The cells are derived from human normal fallopian tube tissues.
2) Cell identification: Cytokeratin- 17 (CK-17) was positive for immunofluorescence staining.
3) The purity of the identified cells is higher than 90% .
4) Does not contain HIV-1 , HBV , HCV , mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
5) Cell growth mode: epithelioid, polygonal cells, adherent culture.
Transportation and Preservation
Depending on the weather conditions and the distance of transportation, the company negotiates with the customer and chooses one of the following methods.
1) 1mL of frozen cell suspension is placed in a 1.8mL cryotube and placed in a foam incubator filled with dry ice for transport; after receiving the cells, thaw the resuscitated cells as soon as possible for culture. If resuscitation is not possible immediately, Cryopreserved cells can be stored at -80°C for 1 month.
2) T-25 culture flask is filled with complete medium and then transported at room temperature. After receiving the cells, please observe the growth state of the cells under a microscope. If the bottle filling rate exceeds 85%, please carry out the subculture immediately. If there are more cells in suspension, allow the flask to stand overnight in the incubator to help the undead suspension cells to reattach.
