Cell Details

The fallopian tube is located in the pelvic cavity of the human body. There are two general people. The left and right fallopian tubes are located on the side of the uterus. They extend outward from the lateral horn of the uterus, parallel to the uterus end of the ovary, then along the ovarian mesangial edge to the oviduct end of the ovary, and arched over the ovary, then down, inward, and terminate On the free edge of the ovary and the upper part of its inner side.

The fallopian tube is an important place for egg transport, storage, and capacitation, as well as oocyte adoption, transport, maturation, fertilization, and early embryo development. The fallopian tube is similar to other hollow organs, and its wall is composed of a mucosal layer, a muscular layer and a serosa layer from the inside to the outside. Among them, the structure and thickness of the muscular layer are different due to different segments, the isthmus muscle layer is the thickest, and the lumen is also the smallest. The muscular layer of the fallopian tube is connected to the myometrium, and the longitudinal muscles of the innermost layer of the uterus disappear to the isthmus.

Cell Characteristics

1) Cells are derived from normal fallopian tube tissue that has been surgically removed.
2) Cell identification: Smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) immunofluorescence staining was positive.
3) The purity of the identified cells is higher than 90%.
4) Does not contain HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
5) Cell growth mode: spindle cells, irregular cells, adherent culture.

Transportation and Preservation

Depending on the weather conditions and the distance of transportation, the company negotiates with the customer and chooses one of the following methods.

1) 1mL of frozen cell suspension is placed in a 1.8mL cryotube and placed in a foam incubator filled with dry ice for transport; after receiving the cells, thaw the resuscitated cells as soon as possible for culture. If resuscitation is not possible immediately, Cryopreserved cells can be stored at -80°C for 1 month.
2) T-25 culture flask is filled with complete medium and then transported at room temperature. After receiving the cells, please observe the growth state of the cells under a microscope. If the bottle filling rate exceeds 85%, please carry out the subculture immediately. If there are more cells in suspension, allow the flask to stand overnight in the incubator to help the undead suspension cells to reattach.
