Cell Details
Human lymphatic endothelial cells are isolated from lymphatic tissue; lymphatic vessels are composed of capillary lymphatic vessels. Its morphological structure is similar to that of veins, but the diameter of the tube is thinner, the wall of the tube is thinner, the valve is more developed and the shape is beaded. Lymphatic vessels are classified into shallow and deep depending on their location. They are located under the skin and are often accompanied by superficial veins to collect the lymph of the skin and subcutaneous tissue. The deep lymphatic vessels are accompanied by deep blood vessels to collect the lymph of the muscles and internal organs. There are extensive traffic branches between the shallow and deep lymphatic vessels. In the centripetal stroke, the lymphatics usually pass through one or more lymph nodes, thereby bringing lymphocytes into the lymph. The main function is to filter through the lymph, produce lymphocytes and plasma cells, and participate in the body's immune response. When infected locally, bacteria, viruses or cancer cells can invade along the lymphatic vessels, causing local lymphadenopathy. If the lymph nodes cannot stop and destroy them, the lesions can spread and metastasize along the flow direction of the lymphatic vessels.
Cell Characteristics
1) The cells are derived from normal lymphatic tissue of a human.
2) Cell identification: vEGFR-3 immunostaining was positive.
3) The purity of the identified cells is higher than 90%.
4) Does not contain HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
5) Cell growth mode: paving stone cells, irregular cells, adherent culture.
Transportation and Preservation
Depending on the weather conditions and the distance of transportation, the company negotiates with the customer and chooses one of the following methods.
1) 1mL of frozen cell suspension is placed in a 1.8mL cryotube and placed in a foam incubator filled with dry ice for transport; after receiving the cells, thaw the resuscitated cells as soon as possible for culture. If resuscitation is not possible immediately, Cryopreserved cells can be stored at -80°C for 1 month.
2) T-25 culture flask is filled with complete medium and then transported at room temperature. After receiving the cells, please observe the growth state of the cells under a microscope. If the bottle filling rate exceeds 85%, please carry out the subculture immediately. If there are more cells in suspension, allow the flask to stand overnight in the incubator to help the undead suspension cells to reattach.
