Alert: If you want to make a solution with a solvent (such DMSO), please add instructions in the notes section (such as 10 nM/1 mL in DMSO) and we will pack and deliver the product as a solution (such as 10 nM solution in 1 mL DMSO). If the product cannot be dissolved in DMSO or you would like to specify your own preferred solvent, please add detailed instructions in the notes section. All solutions must be shipped with an ice bag, costing an additional fee of $20 for S&H.

Cell Details
PBMC (peripheral blood mononuclear cell), peripheral blood mononuclear cells, as the name implies, the main cell type is a cell with a single nucleus in the blood, mainly including lymphocytes (T cell\B cell), monocytes, macrophages. Cells, dendritic cells and other small cell types. Among them, lymphocytes account for a large part. In vitro detection of lymphocytes begins with the isolation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
Cell Characteristics
1) Cells are derived from human peripheral blood.
2) Cell identification: PBMC is a mixed system, so the purity can not be identified. The cell phenotypes detected by flow cytometry are as follows: (the average percentage in the graph, the phenotypic distribution of different individuals is different)
Cell phenotype | Average positive percentage |
CD34 | 0.20% |
CD3 | 70.70% |
CD4 | 38.90% |
CD8 | 24.50% |
CD16 | 18.20% |
CD19 | 10.60% |
CD56 | 12.40% |
4) Cell growth mode: The cells are mixed systems, a small amount of adherent growth, and most of the suspension growth.3) Does not contain HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Transportation and Preservation
1mL of frozen cell suspension is placed in a 1.8mL cryotube and placed in a foam insulated box filled with dry ice for transport; after receiving the cells, thaw the resuscitated cells as soon as possible for culture, if not immediately. For the resuscitation operation, the cryopreserved cells can be stored at -80 ° C for 1 month.
