Batabulin (T138067) is an antitumor compound that binds covalently and selectively to a subset of the ?-tubulin isotypes, disrupting microtubule polymerization. This disruption affects cell morphology, induces cell-cycle arrest, and ultimately leads to apoptotic cell death.
