Myosin V-IN-1 is a potent and selective inhibitor of Myosin V with a Ki value of 6 ?M.Myosin V-IN-1 inhibits actin V and slows down actin-activated myosin V ATPase by selectively inhibiting the release of ADP from the actinoglobulin complex.
