It is involved in the regulation of immune response and inflammation through inhibition of the NF-?B signaling pathway, in the regulation of antioxidant response through activation of the Nrf2 signaling pathway, and in the regulation of cell survival and proliferation through inhibition of the Akt signaling pathway.
