AC-186 is a nonsteroidal estrogen receptor ? (ER?) agonist with different affinities for ER? and ER?, with an EC50 of 6 nM for ER? and 5000 nM for ER?. AC-186 has neuroprotective activity and has been used in the study of Parkinson's disease.
